Revocation Policy
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period counts fourteen days beginning from the day that you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have or has taken possession of the goods, respectively.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (webtotrade GmbH, Kaethe-Kollwitz-Strasse 22, 04600, Altenburg, Germany, info@creoven.com, phone: 0049 (0) 3447 843 8000, fax: 0049 (0) 3447 843 8009) of your decision to revoke the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a posted letter, telefax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
Once you revoke this contract we have to refund all payments we have received from you including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of other shipping methods than the most favourable standard shipping we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days counting from the the day we have received notice of your revocation. For this refund we will use the same payment method you have used for the original transaction unless another method has been arranged with you; in any case we will not charge you a fee for refunds. We can refuse a refund payment until we have received the goods back or you have given us proof that you have sent back the goods to us, depending on which is sooner.
You have to send the goods back immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days starting from the day you have given us notice about your revocation to the webtotrade GmbH, Retoure Creoven, Feldstrasse 37a, 04600 Altenburg, Germany. The revocation period is maintained when you send off the goods before the end of the fourteen day period. We will bear the costs for the return shipment of the goods. You only have to pay for a potential loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is traced back to you and an unnecessary use after the examination of state, features and functionality of the goods.
